Episode Four

Toward The Unknown

My last destination: Vietnam. One of the poorest countries in South-East Asia but still one of the livest I had had the chance to visit during my journey.

 

Hanoi, the second large city after the capital, Ho Chi Minh City, is where my adventure began. Hot, polluted and sticky air was the first overwhelming welcome Vietnam gave me.

Vietnamese is the official language, making the communication with the locals quite challenging.

Though I was caught by surprise by their way of being: despite they were living in extremely poor conditions, they were naively generous and happy.
